Italian artist Priscilla Tea is the winner of the Club GAMeC Prize 2017,  award promoted by the GAMeC Association to support young contemporary artists. Tea has been chosen amongst other Italian artists selected by Italian curator Domenico de Chirico, and her large scale oil painting has been purchased by the association and will be part of the GAMeC Museum prestigious collection.

The GAMeC Prize jury is formed by Giacinto Di Pietrantonio (director of GAMeC Museum in Bergamo), Stefano Raimondi (chairman of The Blank), Angiola Scandella (club director GAMeC), Pippo Traversi (club director GAMeC) and Davide Giannella (curator of the first edition Club GAMeC Prize).

Through large scale works that play on the thin edge of digital techniques and analogical paint, Priscilla Tea suggests new perspectives, metaphysical spaces and meditative extensions between virtual and real, memories and potential sights.

Tea’s work has been exhibited with International solo shows: Neumeister Bar-Am, Berlin ( 2017); Hussenot, Paris (2016); The Composing Rooms, Berlin (2014); Preteen Gallery, Mexico City (2013) and Gloria Maria Gallery, Milan (2012).
